Atlantic Testing Laboratories (ATL) is proud to announce that Steven Moore, PE, has been selected to serve on the ASTM Main Committee C09 (Concrete and Concrete Aggregates) and is a voting member of Subcommittee C09.64 (Nondestructive and In-Place Testing).
Steve joined ATL in 2005 as a college intern and was hired full-time in 2006 as the Assistant Manager of the Albany, NY (Clifton Park) Office, where he is currently a Senior Engineer with expertise in construction materials engineering. He earned a Bachelor degree in Economics with a minor in Geology from SUNY Potsdam and later a Bachelor degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University.
Steve is responsible for ATL’s concrete NDT services as well as other advanced concrete test methods, vibration monitoring and consulting, and pre- and post-conditions surveys. Prior to working at ATL, Steve spent 10 years in the oil and gas industry performing seismic exploration throughout North America.
