ATL welcomes new employee James LaMarco

ATL welcomes James LaMarco, PE to the Construction Materials and Engineering group located in our Albany (Clifton Park), NY office. Prior to joining ATL, James worked for a CMET/Geotechnical Engineering firm for 7 years located in the DC Metro area. Most recently, James held the role of Construction Materials Testing Department Manager and was responsible for the oversight of the materials lab, project managers, and field technicians. In this role, James served as the Special Inspections Engineer of Record and managed high-profile projects around the Washington Metropolitan area.

James has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University.

James is a licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia and Washington, DC and holds multiple certifications related to materials testing, including Grace Waterproofing, AWCI EIFS, and ACI Concrete 1.

James grew up in Saratoga Springs and is in the process of moving back to Saratoga. In his spare time he enjoys golfing, cooking, grilling and relaxing with his girlfriend and two dogs.
