The ATL Management Team and Executives once again gathered in Lake Placid, NY for an annual 3-day strategic planning conference.  The conference was focused on keeping momentum and continuing to build on the growth experienced this year. Discussions covered topics including Employee Development, Succession Planning, Culture, Business Development and Financial Planning.

The conference included workshops where the team was split into groups to discuss specific topics that target ATLs primary strategic initiatives.  Discussions in smaller groups provided more opportunity for everyone to have input and share new ideas. The process has provided the framework for our strategic plan, and we are looking forward to 2025!
