ATL held its annual meeting this year at the 1000 Islands Harbor Hotel in Clayton, NY, bringing together over 115 technical and administrative staff for two days focused on growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
The meeting began Thursday with welcome remarks, introductions, and celebrations, followed by presentations on 2025 financial highlights, the 2026 strategic plan, core values, and ATL’s Zero Accident Mission. Employees then participated in breakout workshops covering professional licensure, training, client satisfaction, administrative functions, and discipline-specific topics. The day wrapped up with networking, a reception, and dinner.
Friday’s agenda included opening remarks, a CRM software demonstration, a review of ATL manuals, policies, and safety procedures, and division- and department-level workshops focused on budgets, staffing, certifications, business development, and productivity goals. The meeting concluded with highlights from 2025, upcoming large project opportunities, and a look ahead
at 2026 momentum and opportunities. The meeting wrapped up with our gift bag tradition, lively company trivia, and door prize drawings. After a well-earned lunch, everyone headed home inspired, energized, and ready to put new ideas into motion.
Bringing everyone together in Clayton provided an excellent opportunity for employees to connect, share ideas, and gain insight into career development and the company’s future direction. With a strong team and a clear vision, ATL is well-positioned to take on new challenges and continue its positive momentum into 2026 and beyond.
