Aquisition of Briggs Engineering & Testing

ATL is excited to announce the acquisition of Briggs Engineering & Testing by ATL’s parent company, Phenna Group. ATL became a Phenna Group Company in April 2025. The services provided by Briggs’ multidisciplinary team complement and, in many ways, mirror those offered by ATL. Briggs is a respected firm in the New England region with offices in Rockland, MA and Cumberland, RI.

As a diverse collection of over 70 independent businesses specializing in independent Testing, Inspection, Certification, and Compliance (TICC) serving a variety of sectors. Phenna Group operates globally with over 6,800 employees who support client needs by delivering mission-critical services focusing on quality and deliverability.
