ATL Announces Executive Promotions

Thomas Bundle, Esq. has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Atlantic Testing Laboratories. Tom has been with ATL for over 25 years and is responsible for the areas of risk management, legal affairs, contracts, and human resources. He will continue to apply the experience gained from various management and leadership positions toward initiatives that facilitate the growth of ATL. Tom currently serves on ATL’s Board of Directors.

Tom earned a Law Degree from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies/Biology from St. Lawrence University. He is based in ATL’s Syracuse office.

William Bell, CWI has been promoted to Vice President of Atlantic Testing Laboratories. Will has been with ATL for over 18 years and is responsible for overseeing divisional operations. He is also responsible for development of new management personnel at the operations level with a focus on expansion and advancement of our staff.

Will earned an Associates of Applied Science in Construction Management/Architecture from SUNY Delhi. He is based in ATL’s Utica office.
