Atlantic Testing Laboratories (ATL) recently completed advanced training in Dynamic Pile Testing (DPT), building on more than 22 years of experience providing high-strain dynamic load testing for deep foundation systems across New York State.
Three ATL engineers attended a three-day training course at Pile Dynamics, Inc. in Cleveland, Ohio, earning certifications in the Pile Driving Analyzer® (PDA-8G) system, CAPWAP®, and PDA-S software. Participants achieved Masters, Intermediate, and Basic levels of certification, reflecting ATL’s commitment to professional growth and technical excellence.
With multiple sets of PDA equipment and a team of certified engineers, ATL performs testing in accordance with ASTM D4945 and meets NYSDOT experience requirements for Dynamic Pile Monitoring. Services include wave equation analysis using GRLWEAP®, Dynamic Pile Testing, and CAPWAP® analyses to verify bearing capacity estimates.
