For over 25 years, ATL has proudly provided paid summer internships and co-op programs. This year, ATL welcomed 13 interns and 6 co-ops to our team. Students participating in our program this year are from a variety of colleges, including:
- Alfred University
- Clarkson University
- Clinton Community College
- Nazareth University
- Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI)
- Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT)
- SUNY ESF
- SUNY Plattsburgh
- Utica University
- University at Buffalo
These students are receiving valuable hands-on training and guidance from ATL’s experienced staff. They participate in programs and receive the following certifications: American Concrete Institute, Nuclear Gauge Safety Certification, NYSDOL Asbestos Certification, Corporate Safety Orientation, and the OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Certification.
Our fundamental goal is to provide a company culture that supports all employees. We offer an exciting, rewarding, and challenging environment that employees can contribute and thrive in, while gaining knowledge and skills that will benefit them for years to come. Many students return to ATL upon completing their degree to begin their career here.
