ATL TURNED UP THE HEAT WITH COMPANY WIDE CHILI COOK-OFF

This February, several ATL offices embraced the colder weather with a little friendly competition and a lot of flavor during our optional—but highly encouraged—Chili Cook-Offs.

Each participating location coordinated its own event, bringing team members together to share recipes, cast votes, and enjoy a warm bowl of chili with coworkers. Beyond the bragging rights and prizes, these events created meaningful opportunities for camaraderie, laughter, and connection during the winter months. Whether team members competed with their signature recipes, brought a side to share, or simply arrived ready to judge, the spirit of participation was felt across the offices that joined in.

Events like these remind us that while we take our work seriously, we also make time to build strong, connected teams—one warm bowl of chili at a time. Thank you to everyone who hosted, competed, tasted, and shared photos. We loved seeing the creativity and team spirit on display!
