ATL is proud to acknowledge Marijean Remington, Chief Executive Officer, on her retirement after nearly 40 years of dedicated service. Marijean joined ATL in 1986 after earning her degree from Clarkson University, and went on to pursue graduate studies at Syracuse University and Clarkson. Over her years at ATL, she has held the positions of Staff Consultant, Division Manager, Vice President, Senior Vice President, Executive Vice President, President, and CEO.
Under her leadership, ATL has grown in the number of offices and employees. The company now consists of 11 offices throughout New York State and over 300 employees. Marijean has been known at ATL for her belief in empowering management staff to be decision-makers and providing staff the opportunity to learn new skills and grow their careers.
She has also been active in the business community as President of the North Country Alliance Board of Directors, a Board member of CenterState CEO and the St. Lawrence County Workforce Development Board, and a member of the St. Lawrence County Economic Development Advisory Council.
