Marijean B. Remington, CHMM

Chief Executive Officer


Marijean joined ATL in 1985 after earning her degree from Clarkson University and has pursued graduates studies at Syracuse University and Clarkson. Marijean previously held the positions of President, Senior Vice President for Corporate Development, Vice President, Division Manager, and Staff Consultant.

Ms. Remington is a member of the North Country Alliance Board of Directors and the NYPA Economic Development Advisory Council.

Jim joined ATL in 1994 after obtaining his Civil and Environmental Engineering degree from Clarkson University. He held the positions of Engineer, Assistant Division Manager, Division Manager, Area Manager, Vice President, Senior Vice President, and Executive Vice President before becoming the third President in ATL’s 50-year history.

Currently chairs the American Council of Independent Laboratories, is president-elect of the New York State Society of Professional Engineers, serves as a director of the Foundation for Engineering Education, as a trustee and program evaluator for the Practicing Institute of Engineering, and as a board member of the Northeast Transportation Technician Certification Program.

Chris joined ATL in 1991. Before serving as Senior Vice President, he held many positions at ATL including Vice President, Construction Materials Technician, Assistant Division Manager, Division Manager, and Area Manager.



Chief Financial Officer


Mary Beth joined ATL in 2019.  She has held roles as CEO, CFO and Director of Finance in manufacturing, construction, healthcare and retail distribution industries. Mary Beth’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Accounting from Southern Vermont College and a MBA from Northeastern University. 

Mary Beth is a former Board Member for Sunrise Family Resources.  She has a passion for supporting the community and helping families improve their quality of life as they work toward greater independence and resilience.

Vice President, Quality


Scott joined ATL in 1984 and has held the positions of Steel Technician, Senior Technician, Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program Manager, Corporate RSO, Quality Systems Manager and Assistant Vice President.

Scott is currently Vice-Chair of the CMET Section of American Council of Independent Laboratories and member of the American Association of State Highway Officials Resource Customer Council.

Vice President, Risk Management


Tom joined ATL in 1997 after obtaining his Biology/Environmental Science degree from St. Lawrence University. Before serving in his current role as Vice President, he held the positions of Scientist, Assistant Division Manager, Division Manager, Area Manager, and Corporate Risk Manager.

Tom obtained his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law in 2012 and is a member of the New York State and Onondaga County Bar Associations.



Assistant Vice President, Operations


Will joined ATL in 2004.  Before serving in his current role as Assistant Vice President, he held the positions of Senior Technician, Project Manager, Assistant Operations Manager, Operations Manager, Steel Services Manager and Area Manager.  

Will has an Associated Degree in Construction Management/Architectural Technology from SUNY Delhi.
