Like most businesses and organizations around the country, ATL transitioned to virtual training and certification platforms. It was an easy transition to an online environment and essential in retaining our ability to maintain our training schedule and meet our clients’ needs for certified technical personnel.
Scott McCasland, ATL’s Vice President of Quality was quoted as saying “The best part of the transition was that it was a relatively seamless process to move to virtual platforms, as much of the training material previously developed by ATL fit into any medium”. Moving forward, ATL will continue with these platforms, as they are not only a great way to maintain safe training environments for our employees, they are also more efficient.
We have successfully converted the trainings for NYSDEC SWPPP, NYSPCC, NYS HMA QC/QA, NYSDTI, and ACI Concrete Field, as well as our own Train-the-Trainer programs for asbestos project monitor and concrete/soils trainers. We are working with our business partners for required external training and certification to maintain appropriate certification levels to meet our project needs.
ATL will continue to utilize online training as we continue to grow and our need for certified staff increases. If you are interested in a career with ATL please check out our current job openings https://www.atlantictesting.com/careers/current-job-postings/.
