ATL held our Annual Meetings in Ogdensburg, NY last week. Attendees included company executives, managers, and key staff members from ATL’s 11 offices.

The purpose of the meetings is to focus on short and long-term goals, recognize performance, and provide team building opportunities. In addition to the strategic planning conducted at the meeting, the social aspect is also a large part of the function. Lots of time is set aside for staff to get to know new hires, and connect with those they interact with less frequently.

ATL has held annual meetings since 1989, and we believe in the benefits that these meetings bring to our staff.
