For over 20 years, ATL has provided paid summer internships and co-op programs. This year, ATL welcomed a record number of interns and co-op students, adding 38 to our team.

Students participating in our program this year are from a variety of colleges. SUNY schools include Alfred, Binghamton, Buffalo, Canton, College of Environmental Science and Forestry, Geneseo, Plattsburgh, Polytech Institute, Potsdam, and Ulster. We also have students from Clarkson University, Rochester Technology Institute, Loyola University of Maryland, Hudson Valley Community College and Syracuse University.

These students are receiving valuable hands-on training and guidance from ATL’s experienced staff. They participate in programs and receive the following certifications: American Concrete Institute, Nuclear Gauge Certification, NYSDOL Asbestos Certification, Corporate Safety Orientation, and the OSHA 10-Hour General Safety Certification.

Our fundamental goal is to provide a company culture that supports all employees. We offer an exciting, rewarding, and challenging environment that employees can contribute and thrive in. Many students return to ATL upon completing their degree to begin their career here, and gain knowledge and skills that will benefit them for years to come.
