ATL Holds Spring Management Training

ATL resumed its annual Spring Manager’s Training last week at SUNY Polytechnic Institute in Utica, NY. There were over 40 management and senior technical employees in attendance with a focus on employee engagement, facilitating company culture, and continuing growth strategies. ATL executives and managers participated in a workshop and discussed our successes and continuous improvement opportunities from 2023, and objectives and plans for 2024.

The meeting was a success in opening minds and exploring ways to further develop staff and provide growth opportunities. The management consultant even had a workshop that involved paper airplanes, the attendees didn’t see that coming.
