ATL PROVIDES MEWP TRAINING AHEAD OF THE CURVE

Ahead of the curve, ATL recently hired CITEC to complete Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP) classroom training of 16 of our employees on the use of 3 different types of MEWP lifts. Due to revisions to ANSI 92 standards which come into effect in March, 2020, this training will be required. They also trained Chris McDermott (Corporate Safety), Kelby Miller (Utica office), Sam Dana (Syracuse office), and Steve Moore, PE (Albany office), as “Train the Trainers” to assist with completing all of the employee hands-on training and observations for the 3 MEWPs. The training was a full day, with a classroom presentation, followed by hands on use/observation for articulated boom, scissor, and tow behind lifts.
