BRING YOUR LUNCH & LEARN (BYL&L) RECAP

The challenges we all faced because of the pandemic changed not only our world, but also the way we work and conduct business.  One adaptation, the daily use of video conferencing, replaced most in-person meetings, and is a change ATL found a new benefit from.  In May, ATL began a series of live, 20-minute presentations for staff called ‘Bring Your Lunch & Learn’ (BYL&L).  The sessions take place at 12PM on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month.  Attendees learn about a variety of topics, such as specialty services ATL offers, unique projects we are working on, retirement planning, and other employee benefits.  Presenters are experts in their topic area and can be from within ATL or an external speaker.  Staff should watch for the topic announcement and invitation in your inbox, and remember, if you miss a BYL&L presentation, they are recorded.
