ATL was once again able to hold its annual meeting in person at The Inn at Gran View in Ogdensburg, NY after a couple years of holding it virtually. The meeting was held from Wednesday, January 25th to Friday, the 27th with nearly 100 employees in attendance.
On day one, the managers met to discuss our successes and challenges in 2022, and what opportunities we have coming up in 2023. It will be a year of growth for ATL!
On day two, we began the annual meeting with almost half the company in attendance. We went over ATL’s revised mission statement, core values, and strategic plan. Then we held workshops to discuss how to accomplish growth and geographic expansion, followed by a virtual Escape Room team building event before sitting down to enjoy dinner with everyone.
On day three, we recapped the milestones and highlights, and presented recognition awards for 2022. Additionally, we broke out into groups by offices and departments to discuss plans for 2023. We also continued our gift bag, company trivia, and door prize drawing traditions. After a filling lunch, everyone was on their way home having created great momentum for 2023.
We were all thrilled to be back in person this year, with many new faces at the event. The workshops and divisional meetings came up with several new ideas on how everyone can assist with growth. This year’s meeting was the perfect opportunity for employees to get to know each other a bit better, learn about where ATL is headed, and how they can get involved. 2023 looks very promising due to a great team that is ready to take on new challenges!
