ATL welcomes Joseph Carey, PE to the position of Project Engineer based in our Albany (Clifton Park), NY office. Joe has more than 25 years’ experience in construction and engineering management in the energy and public works fields. Prior to this appointment, Joe has held positions as a Safety Engineer and Wind Resource Assessment Manager.
Joe obtained a B.S. in Physics from Williams College and an M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia and has been a New York State licensed professional engineer since 2001. Joe has had construction, safety, and engineering roles throughout his career in New York, New England, and Virginia.
Joe has lived in Saratoga Springs since 1999. He also enjoys spending time biking, fishing, an occasional round of golf, and time with family.

ATL welcomes Ryan Graham, PE to the position of Project Engineer based in our Poughkeepsie (Highland), NY office. Ryan has 9 years of structural engineering experience in the analysis and design of concert staging effects for touring shows, LED screens, Broadway Theaters, temporary events, and permanent installations.
Ryan obtained a M.S. in Structural and Earthquake Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2011 and was introduced to the word of engineering in a fun and exciting way, working on high profile concert tours for The Rolling Stones, Madonna, Taylor Swift, and shows on Broadway such as Frozen, Rocky the Musical, and King Kong. He was also introduced to the crazy world of Disney and Universal Theme Parks with complicated installations and theming. While working in the Entertainment Industry, Ryan obtained his NYS PE license in Structural Engineering in 2016.
Ryan currently resides in Highland, NY with his wife and 3 children (4 months, 3 and 6 years). He also enjoys spending time golfing, hunting, and Spartan Racing!!
