For over 25 years, ATL has provided paid summer internships and co-op programs.  This year, ATL welcomed 26 summer interns and 4 co-op students, adding 30 to our team.  Students participating in our program this year are from a variety of colleges. SUNY schools include Binghamton, Buffalo, Canton, Geneseo, and Polytechnic Institute.  We also have students from Alfred University, Clarkson University, Mohawk Valley Community College, Ohio State University, Paul Smith’s College, Rochester Institute of Technology, and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

These students are receiving valuable hands-on training and guidance from ATL’s experienced staff.  They participate in programs and receive the following certifications: American Concrete Institute, Nuclear Gauge Safety Certification, NYSDOL Asbestos Certification, Corporate Safety Orientation, and the OSHA 10-Hour General Safety Certification.

Many students return to ATL upon completing their degree to begin their career here.
