ATL Welcomes New Senior Engineer, IT Manager & Senior Project Manager

ATL welcomes Sikander Chaudary, P.E. to the position of Senior Engineer in our Albany, NY office. Prior to joining ATL, Sikander held roles in Geotechnical Engineering/Construction and Special Inspections for more than 7 years, working with Consultants and Engineers in the capital district area.

Prior to moving to the US, Sikander worked with prominent deep foundation contractors in Pakistan, and was involved in deep foundation construction, planning and execution of static pile load tests of up to 3250 tons. He also supervised the construction of earth retaining structures.

His professional interests and areas of expertise in Geotechnical Engineering include deep foundations design, construction and testing, in-situ soil testing, soil improvement techniques, and pile dynamics. His additional experience includes Special Inspection NDT, Welding, Metallurgy, and SWPPP.

Sikander lives in Rotterdam, NY with his wife, Fehma, and their 3 year old daughter Nisma, and enjoys spending time with them and being outdoors fishing.

ATL welcomes Howard Bryerton to the position of Manager of Information and Technology, based out of our Syracuse, NY office. Prior to joining ATL, Howard held roles in Information Technology, Customer Service and Customer Care, as well as Distribution and Operations. Howard has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration from Columbia College.

He has more than 30 years’ experience working at diverse companies that included consulting, manufacturing, warehouse and distribution, and call center operations.

Over his career he has led many large Information Technology and Call Center projects that involved facilities build-outs, replacement of antiquated equipment and infrastructures, as well as building numerous teams that supported many facets of business.

Howard lives in Liverpool, NY with his wife Sue, he has two sons and a daughter. He is also the proud grandfather of two grandsons. Howard officiates soccer at the high school, collegiate, and professional levels and enjoys motorcycle riding and spending time with family and friends.

ATL welcomes Luke P. McKenney to the position of Senior Project Manager based out of our Syracuse, NY office. Luke holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree from Paul Smith’s College and a Bachelor of Science Degree from SUNY- College of Environmental Science and Forestry.

Luke has over 25 years of experience in managing a broad range of environmental projects. His experience includes remedial investigations and feasibility studies (RI/FS), petroleum spill and remediation projects, solid and hazardous waste landfill investigations and closures, environmental site characterizations and hazardous materials assessments for large facility decommissioning projects, environmental compliance projects, public and private Brownfield projects.

Luke and his wife live in Pompey, NY with their two sons and is a volunteer with the local ARISE and SKI program. In his free time you can find him spending time volunteering, ATVing, hunting, and fishing.
