Don Sipher, PE – Vice President

Donald J. Sipher, PE, has joined ATL in the role of Vice President. He will be based in the Albany (Clifton Park) office. Don has extensive experience with similar service lines provided by ATL. He has held technical positions focused on geotechnical engineering, subsurface exploration, dam design and remediation, and construction materials testing. Don’s 35+ years of experience in the testing and engineering world will enable ATL to continue growing and serving its clients.

A Northern New York native, he has a BSCE from Clarkson University, an MSCE (geotechnical) from Purdue University, and an MBA. He has remained involved with Clarkson University serving on the Engineering Advisory Council of the Civil Engineering Department and with recruiting efforts.
