ATL recently held multiple training courses with local business consulting organization CITEC. The training was a continuation of previous courses offered for over two dozen managers across the company, to build on and enhance management skills in a number of key areas, including employee and team development. New managers were also given initial training on improving communication and managing conflict in the workplace.

The courses were 2-day sessions in Canton and focused on the skills that enable managers to build trust with their teams and assist in the development and retention of employees. The participants also discussed how to develop employees into future leaders of the ATL organization.
