ATL Welcomes New Health and Safety Coordinator

ATL welcomes Matt Rowland to the Corporate Safety group located in our Albany (Clifton Park), NY office. Prior to joining ATL, Matt held various safety roles for 8 years within the theme park industry.  Most recently, Matt held the role of Safety, Health and Environmental Manager at a park that employees approximately 1,500 seasonal employees and 80 full time employees. Matt also volunteered as an emergency medical technician for 6 years with his local emergency squad.

Matt has a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Eastern Kentucky University, and he is in the process of obtaining his Masters degree in Safety, Security and Emergency Management.

Matt holds multiple certifications, including his NYS EMT-Basic Certification, his Associate Safety and Health Manager (ASHM) certification, and his OSHA 30-hour for General Industry certification.

Matt is in the process of moving to Malta, NY, and enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, camping, and gaming.
