ATL WELCOMES NEW OPERATIONS MANAGER IN WATERTOWN

ATL is pleased to announce Donnell Davis as Operations Manager of our Watertown office.

Donnell is a retired Senior Engineer Operations Manager with over 20 years of military experience in construction project management.  He is extremely committed and motivated Construction Operations Manager and Project Manager with a record of proven leadership and management on a large global scale thru diverse construction operations and project management best practices and methodologies.  His higher-learning consist of:

MBA-Project Management (Grantham University)

BSc Multidiscipline Studies (Grantham University)

Advance Graduate Certificate in Advance Strategic Project Management (Villanova University)

Master Certificate Project Management/SSGB/Lean Enterprise Solutions/Government Contracts (Villanova University)

Master Certificate in IS/IT Project Management (Villanova University)

DAWIA Level II Certification (Defense Acquisition University)

Donnell was born in Norfolk, VA in 1970 but calls Pensacola, FL home where he spent all of his childhood.  Upon completing high school he joined the Army in 1989 under the USACE engineer branch as a Construction Engineer Level I until his retirement in 2010.   Donnell is ecstatic about joining the ATL workforce and embracing its culture.
