Interns and Co-ops

For over 25 years, ATL has provided paid summer internships and co-op programs to students from a wide variety of colleges.  We were recognized the past 2 years by the Albany Business Journal for having a top Intern/Co-op program.

Students who join ATL’s team, receive valuable hands-on training and guidance from our experienced staff. They participate in programs and receive the following certifications: American Concrete Institute, Nuclear Gauge Certification, NYSDOL Asbestos Certification, Corporate Safety Orientation, and the OSHA 10-Hour General Safety Certification.

Our fundamental goal is to provide a company culture that supports all employees. We offer an exciting, rewarding, and challenging environment that employees can contribute and thrive in. Many students return to ATL upon completing their degree to begin their career here, and gain knowledge and skills that will benefit them for years to come.

ATL Promotes Two Project Managers

ATL recently promoted Nate Carroll to Project Manager. Nate is based in our Syracuse, NY office and has been with ATL for 2 years. We also promoted Jeff Makins to Project Manager. Jeff is in our Albany office and has been with ATL for just under a year.

ATL Participated in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s

ATL participated in The Alzheimer’s Association’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s this year to raise funds and awareness to advance the fight against Alzheimer’s and dementia. Employees attended the Watertown event on September 17th, and the Syracuse event on September 25th.
