Interns and Co-ops

For over 25 years, ATL has provided paid summer internships and co-op programs to students from a wide variety of colleges.  We were recognized the past 2 years by the Albany Business Journal for having a top Intern/Co-op program.

Students who join ATL’s team, receive valuable hands-on training and guidance from our experienced staff. They participate in programs and receive the following certifications: American Concrete Institute, Nuclear Gauge Certification, NYSDOL Asbestos Certification, Corporate Safety Orientation, and the OSHA 10-Hour General Safety Certification.

Our fundamental goal is to provide a company culture that supports all employees. We offer an exciting, rewarding, and challenging environment that employees can contribute and thrive in. Many students return to ATL upon completing their degree to begin their career here, and gain knowledge and skills that will benefit them for years to come.

ATL Supports Relay for Life with Daffodil Fundraiser!

ATL is participating in the Daffodil Days fundraiser with all proceeds supporting our Relay for Life team this June in Watertown! This fundraiser allows ATL to expand our Relay for Life fundraising efforts throughout the year and throughout all of our divisions.
